Export Analyst

Position Summary

Coordinate, follow up and ensure legal compliance in land export operations to expedite the arrival and delivery of materials in a timely manner to customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Acquire accurate and complete invoices, bills of lading and documents necessary to perform the export operation. Release Holds during the operation. Coordinate pick up and dispatch with customs broker and carriers, follow up. Track shipments and record transit times until delivery at destination in the shipping logs. Coordinate material crossings according to established frequency. Control of authorizations for outstanding shipments. Verify export documents against SAT-GLOSA list. Integrate export files with the necessary documentation (export documents, invoices, air waybills and support mails in non-value referrals), physically file and scan to have the digital file. Control and registration of high security adhesive seals required for air export of heavy cargo. Generate invoices in TRAX system, generate air waybills, build pick up loads in SCO, deliver documentation to carrier, export to traffic drive, prepare letter of instructions and Layouts for Bill of Lading. Check in warehouse that all material has the accurate shipping labels, ensure that all invoiced material is shipped. Send data to authorized Customs Brokers, Carriers, customers, and Emerson Logistics. Review of the pediments with the information sent for the operation. Maintain updated file of all export operations by pediment with all the corresponding documentation verifying accurate information. Have all paid pediments and M files by operation to be able to upload to the Annex 24 inventory control system. Deliver the complete physical and digital file on the 20th day of the month following the month of delivery.

Observe the norms established by the quality system, C-TPAT and the Health and Safety norms that govern the company.

Ensure the updating of the movements in the systems defined by the company and under the strict criteria of operation.

For this Role, You Will Need:

International Trade / Logistics degree

1 year experience in Customs Agency or Foreign Trade areas / 1 year in Emerson.

English 80% English

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge in Software office- word, excel, power point.
