Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilidades:

-Desarrollar un ambiente donde los empleados tengan oportunidades y sentirse satisfechos de ser parte de Termocontroles por medio de las siguientes actividades: 

-Coordinar la operación día a día de los servicios externos de cafetería y transporte brindados al personal.

-Administrar las actividades deportivas externas con INDEX e internas.

-Manejar los problemas de Relaciones Laborales. 

-Coordinar en conjunto con el Gerente de Recursos Humanos los programas para el personal, Día de la Madre, Dia de Campo, Dia del niño, Dia del Padre, Reconocimientos por antigüedad, ’S, Asistencia perfecta, Convivio y rifa navideña.

-Coordinar y dar seguimiento a el programa de ODM’S (Oportunidades de mejora). 

-Coordinar el programa de ausentismo y rotación de personal llevando estadísticas y acciones para la reducción de estos métricos.

-Coordinar las actividades de los auxiliares de Servicios al Personal incluyendo las actividades de Contratación.

-Coordinar los servicios de mensajería brindados al personal.

-Apoyar en la logística de transporte para visitas a la planta.

Requerimientos basicos:

-Lic. En Administración de Empresas, Psicología o Relaciones Industriales.

- años de experiencia en el área de Recursos Humanos 

-Experiencia en la Industria maquiladora.

-Manejo del Idioma Inglés %

-Manejo de Microsoft Office.

Requerimientos deseables:

-Experiencia en el Sistema TRESS
