Sobre la posición:

Responde las consultas de los clientes vía telefónica, correo electrónico, SMS y Chat para brindar resolución de problemas de acuerdo con los estándares de servicio de la organización. Recibe y/o realiza llamadas telefónicas que son predominantemente de rutina, pero que pueden requerir una desviación de las pantallas, guiones y procedimientos estándar. Responder consultas telefónicas de los clientes, pedidos, necesidades de servicio y quejas, responder cuando corresponda o dirigir a las áreas técnicas/de servicio. Mantener un conocimiento detallado y actualizado de los productos y servicios de la empresa/cliente asignado. Analizar las necesidades de atención al cliente para la comunicación con los departamentos técnico y de servicio, cuando corresponda. Requiere capacidad para navegar en un sistema computarizado de entrada de datos u otras aplicaciones relevantes.

Atención telefónica a clientes de servicios de Adquirente.

Soporte técnico en línea de productos Adquirente

Gestión y apoyo en línea de tramites diversos de servicios de Adquirente.

Gestión de llamadas de salida para diferentes campañas de apoyo operativo, administrativo, así como de calidad.

Cuidado y cumplimiento de métricas 

Identificación y reporte de desviaciones

Acerca de ti

Bachillerato, Técnica o superior en área Administrativa, Económica o afín.

Manejo de llamadas de entrada de tipo administrativo (requerimientos del cliente) soporte técnico en línea, así como de salida para campañas de calidad (NPS), Repricing, Cobro de servicios, gestión de servicios de campo no concluidos, retención de clientes, entre otras.

Dominio del negocio Adquirente en todos los procesos relacionados a la operación. (Aclaraciones, afiliación, cobros de servicios, soporte técnico, prevención de fraude, riesgo etc.

Nivel básico de Excel

Conocimiento de métricas operativas de Call Center.

Buena dicción

Empático

Nivel básico de Excel.
