Perfect Execution Administrative Analyst

The Perfect Execution Administrative Analyst is primarily responsible for implementing and understanding how to apply Operational Excellence tools to improve business processes in the administrative functions of the Toluca Plant.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Apply operational excellence tools such as Lean, Total Quality Management, among others to improve business processes in administrative and operational functions in order to optimize processes, increase efficiency and quality in all the areas of the company.

Create procedures for Operational Excellence in the Administrative and Operational functions using tools as VISIO to generate mapping processes to identify improvements.

 Understand the unique challenges of business processes in administrative and operational functions, with the objective of suggesting tools to address them.

Ensure a complete understanding of the challenges of each administrative and operational process to pinpoint key points and automate processes.

Map your business processes and create a plan to improve administrative and operational functions.

Perform business process analysis of administrative and operational functions by mapping the activities and areas involved in each administrative process of the company.

Create action plans focused on the improvement of administrative and operational functions in the company.

Apply standard work for key tasks in our business processes creating and applying standards 

Elaborate processes for ROCK for all areas of the company, ensuring their homogeneous execution, proposing automations and eliminating waste.

Create visual business process management techniques using VISIO tools

Create a standard of compliance of improvement projects by area through the use of tools such as Microsoft Project.

Implement Kaizen - Six Sigma techniques among others for problem solving.

Generate process standards and information control following management techniques such as - Plan - Implement - Check - Measure - Act.

Application of Six Sigma for process improvement proposals that help the company to improve its business processes to reduce as much as possible the variations in order to avoid defects in the manufacturing processes.

Promote changes to implement Business Process Excellence in the organization 

Promote continuous improvement and innovation solutions being this a continuous effort to contribute to the administrative and operational processes of the areas always in favor of providing innovative solutions that promote its use.

Development, review, revision, correction and approval of existing Administrative and Operating Procedures to ensure standardization and active backup processes in each area.

Perform a review and/or elaboration in case of non-existence of the current administrative and operational procedures looking for an improvement to the process followed by measurable standards.

Follow-up Backup to the elaboration of indispensable documentation for the operation of each area through written procedures and flow charts.

Implementation of ROCK (Retention of Critical Knowledge) in Plant Administrative and Operational Processes.

Perform timely follow-up of the information stored in ROCK (Retention of Critical Knowledge) focused on the timely and standardized safeguarding of the plant's administrative and operational processes.

As a Perfect Execution Administrative Analyst as a part of the Finance Team, you´ll be able to process mapping and cut out excess as well as be open to chance and continue to learn and experience and opportunities.

You will act with clear sense of ownership and follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same.

For this role you will need:

Equivalent in economics, business Processes, accounting with experience in Internal Control. English TOEIC Minimum score 600 Six Sigma, Lean Certification Office Management, ERP modules (Oracle preferred) 2 years coordinating teams.
