BECAS-

Ensure the bonus payment, achieve the massive load of scholarships to identify diploma vs bonus. Every year. Prepare the cost analysis to finance to request the money to this bonus and event (it depend on each location)

Prepare and design every year the new enrollment for beneflex system / to ensure the launch and ensure the

Prepare and design monthly campings /medical benefits
Training sessions /on boarding - health & life insurance
Contractor payments

Create different reports with different purposes at the end of the month. (attrition, turnover, physical locations, new hires, interns, services)

Approves and validates job descriptions

Approves and validates ADP requisitions

Approver medication policy /validate and ensure that the document meets the requirements to be paid as part of the policy.

Bachelor's degree (admin Industrial, Bussiness administration- economics)
