YOUR ROLE
  • Translatesthe mid-term production plan into the short-term plan (planned orders to firmorders)
  • Developsand reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line /technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing Operational SupplyPlanner is accountable for managing stock transfers until 1st decoupling point, whilst theReplenishment Planner manages from the 1st decoupling point to the entire network
  • Monitorsdaily actuals against weekly production plan and tracking product availability,production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action fornon-adherence
  • Identifiesshort-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on theallocation based on business priority
  • Supportson the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking andmanaging slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
  • Maintainsselect manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints)
  • Providesinputs and participates in the S&OE, communicating material availabilityissues and capacity constraints
  • Collaborateswith the Plant Production Schedulers to align on scheduling activities
  • Collaborateswith Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material supports theproduction schedule
  • Identifiesand supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planningperformance
YOUR SKILLS
  • Degreein BA, Engineering or Supply Chain. Master Degree is preferred
  • Operationalexperience in Supply Chain Planning and in other SC roles
  • Experiencewith advanced Planning tools, desired
  • Experiencewith ERP systems
