Evaluación y selección de proveedores junto con el comprador para asegurar las mejores opciones en cuanto a precio, calidad y servicio.
Aactualizar, mantener y operar los registros y sistemas existentes para proporcionar información sobre las funciones del trabajo.
Brindar servicio de compra de materiales diversos para el departamento de mantenimiento en conjunto con el comprador y usuario para asegurar el suministro a tiempo de acuerdo a las necesidades del departamento.
Manejo de cuentas por pagar (análisis de extractos de proveedores clave vs. Recibo).
Negociación y trato directo con proveedores locales y extranjeros.
Seguimiento a ordenes de compra
solicitud de cotizaciones para asegurar la mejor compra
Recepción de requisiciones por parte de diferentes usuarios para su análisis con el comprador para elegir el mejor proveedor de acuerdo con las políticas internas de contribución y criterios comparativos.
Elaboración de comparativo (si se requiere) para posterior aprobación por parte de la gerencia.
Capturar las órdenes de compra en el sistema asignado, y la emisión de este documento al proveedor ya sea vía fax, correo o en persona.
Revisión de los indicadores generados por la tienda para verificar el material por debajo del punto de reorden para un seguimiento posterior para asegurar que el material llegue a tiempo a la planta.
El soporte y el comprador de MRO apoyan las actividades del departamento para garantizar el suministro oportuno de los materiales requeridos por los diferentes departamentos.
Seguimiento y mantenimiento de las solicitudes de mantenimiento del control de formato.
Elaboración y seguimiento de informe de compras semanales corporativas.
Colaborar con la recepción y validación del inventario físico de fin de mes.
Mantenimiento de procedimientos del sistema de calidad y medio ambiente.
Mantenimiento y seguimiento de la lista de piezas debajo del punto de pedido.
Creación de requisiciones en pro tool para posterior seguimiento por parte del comprador.
Actividades de implementación y seguimiento de las herramientas de control de inventarios en el área de almacenamiento.
Desarrollar indicador de desempeño de entregas de cada proveedor de productos y servicios.
Desarrollar y mantener documentación del sistema de calidad en su área de responsabilidad.
Realizar la correcta planificación de aprovisionamientos de bienes y servicios para mantener los niveles de inventario lo más bajos posible y no generar paros de línea.
