Production Supervisor

Join our team as Production Supervisor. You will coordinate the operations of the production area to guarantee the fulfillment of goals, promotes a high performance work culture and healthy labor relations with the team.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Shift planning with leaders and Shift Technicians (Office)
• Review of templates with each leader, available equipment, validate equipment coding, prioritize Operation and Maintenance activities, production (Inventory of materials and missing pallets)
• Receive a shift from the previous supervisor (floor tour)
• Verify Safety Conditions, Food Safety, Current Product Characteristics, Flow, Equipment Layout.
•  Review and audit start- ups joints at least twice per week

Your Recipe for Success

• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related.
• 2-3 years of prior experience in manufacturing, labor relations, personnel management
•  Excel skills
