As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will play a key role in creating and executing campaigns that produce tangible results for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, across various industries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and their needs
  • Analyze and assess market trends, competition, and customer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engine advertising
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials and content that align with the brand and messaging
  • Monitor and measure the success of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and campaigns
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign progress and results
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and provide insights for future campaigns

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital agency setting
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite
  • Strong experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and achieve objectives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
