Job Description

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Social Content Manager to join our Emmy Award-winning Creative Social team, reporting to our Senior Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

Manage active audience engagement on social platforms, getting involved in relevant conversations with a view to increasing engagement, encouraging interaction and creating communities.  Report feedback from users and escalating sensitive issues in a timely manner. Measure and capture key data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities. Adhering to a consistent tone of voice. Experience contracting creators to develop content for social media: static assets, short and long-form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, and memes.  Work closely with our internal creative, content, production teams and client partners to understand creator needs and build talent pools and contracts as needed.  Working closely with the Production and Project Management team to ensure successful delivery of our projects in time and on budget. Understand and follow internal processes, including but not limited to developing content briefs, building timing plans, content calendars, live working documents, and contracts. 

Qualifications

3+ years of professional industry experience. At least 2 years executing community management on behalf of a brand. At least 1 year of experience managing social content on behalf of a brand.  Excellent writing and spelling skills in Spanish. Attention to detail.  Fluent in English (written and spoken). Someone with excellent written and communication skills who is comfortable talking with clients and talent alike. Experience with different community management tools and platforms. Experience building audiences and increasing engagement. Have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Twitter. Experience with creative / social media agencies desired.
