Team Lead Project Manager

Monitoring and coordination of dubbing, subtitling and localization projects, supporting the PM team, focused on quality

Responsabilities

• Organization of assigned projects, according to the needs of each client

• Integrate the project schedules into the EDMS system

• Maintain the permanent communication system with the client: emails, sending reports, integration of information to applications or systems as appropriate.

• Keep project tracking updated: progress, delays, changes or any requirements (from the areas and suppliers involved)

• Monitoring of the material unloading process (may vary according to the client)

• Maintain communication and coordination with the creative team (external) to identify needs for the integration of CAST and calls for the Talent area

• Inform the Postproduction area of ​​the technical and creative scope of the project.

• Monitoring and assurance of the Contracts area process (creation, signature and safeguard)

• Monitoring of the prostproduction process, to contribute to the quality of the finished product

• Secures the information in the ATLAS system for the payment of 3rd parties: translators, directors, rooms, etc.

Experience required

• Experience on A/V - Dubbing Production - Project management desirable

• Experience in handling complex information

• Medium-term planning

• Intermediate Excel- information entry, databases

•Advanced English

• Management of multidisciplinary teams

•Conflict management

• Sense of service and attention to sophisticated requirements

• Administration ERP domain (ATLAS – Navigation)
