Buscamos un analista de soporte de OneStream altamente calificado y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El analista de soporte de OneStream será responsable de brindar soporte técnico y experiencia para la implementación, el mantenimiento y la mejora de la plataforma OneStream. El candidato debe tener una sólida formación en sistemas financieros, excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y pasión por brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
Responsabilidades Clave
• Proporcionar soporte funcional/técnico y asistencia para la solución de problemas a los usuarios finales que experimentan problemas con la plataforma OneStream.
• Responda con prontitud a las consultas de los clientes por correo electrónico, teléfono o sistema de emisión de tickets, y garantice la resolución oportuna de los problemas reportados.
• Llevar a cabo un análisis exhaustivo de la causa raíz de los incidentes e implementar soluciones efectivas para evitar que se repitan.
• Asistir en la configuración, personalización y mantenimiento de la aplicación OneStream, incluido el acceso de los usuarios, la configuración de seguridad, la integración de datos y las actualizaciones del sistema.
• Crear y mantener la documentación relacionada con las configuraciones del sistema, los procedimientos de resolución de problemas y las guías del usuario.
• Llevar a cabo sesiones de capacitación para usuarios finales y desarrollar materiales de capacitación para promover la adopción por parte de los usuarios y maximizar la utilización del sistema.
• Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas funciones, mejoras y mejores prácticas en la plataforma OneStream.
• Participar en las pruebas del sistema, incluidas las pruebas de regresión, para garantizar la estabilidad y confiabilidad de la aplicación OneStream.
Educación/Conocimiento/Habilidades
• Experiencia previa como analista de soporte o función similar, preferiblemente con experiencia en la implementación y soporte de OneStream o un software de generación de informes y consolidación financiera similar.
• Preferente experiencia práctica en finanzas y control de ERP.
• Preferente experiencia en la industria automotriz.
• Experiencia laboral con sistemas financieros. Ej. OneStream/SAP/Hyperion (HFM)
• Licenciatura o Ingeniería a fin.
• Habilidad para resolver problemas, mentalidad práctica.
• Habilidad para interactuar y tener una actitud centrada en el cliente.
• inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Preferente conocimientos de Business Intelligence (BI).
