The Gateline Sequencing Specialist:

  • Develop gateline schedules (sequenced orders) for NA Assembly Plants adhering to the production program, supplier, and plant constraints.
  • Lead the order flow process for product configuration tool, build code and edit errors so that we do not impact production; includes coordinating timing for buildout models, features, and options
  • Set timing for the introduction of new packages
  • Lead the material restriction meeting to coordinate with all stakeholders the timing on features and the impact to orders and the production build program
  • Collaborate with the assembly plant management for the development of launch curves for new features/programs
  • Must be able to work with others and build consensus to solve problems
  • Adjust schedules as required to sustain production
