Supervisar y coordinar, de manera estratégica los recursos asignados bajo su responsabilidad, para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la Planta.  Posición con cierta cantidad de subordinados que le permite lograr el cumplimiento de los indicadores del Departamento de Mantenimiento (MTTF, MTTR y cumplimiento del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo). Tiene la responsabilidad de informar a sus superiores de cualquier anormalidad (riegos, peligros) que se encuentra en sus áreas relacionado con asuntos de medio ambiente, seguridad y salud (ISO14001 / ISO45001 / ISO50001) y dar seguimiento para la eliminación o reducción de los riesgos o peligros detectados. Deberá conocer todos los riesgos asociados de su área de trabajo, diario, rutinarios, no rutinarios y de emergencia, así como reportar cualquier incidente ocurrido antes de abandonar la planta. Tiene la obligación de conocer los objetivos y metas internas de los sistemas ESH, la política de ESH y la política energética y participar en el cumplimiento de ellos. Tiene la responsabilidad de aplicar el uso eficiente de energía, evitar cualquier desperdicio y realizar una correcta segregación de residuos.

Autoridad:

Tiene la autoridad de coordinar, asignar actividades y de no desarrollar sus labores si su área de trabajo o la de su personal a cargo tiene condiciones inseguras que ponen en riesgo su integridad física, su seguridad, su salud o al medio ambiente.

Liderazgo:

Cumplimiento de instrucciones, administración de personal (si aplica), comunicación oportuna y mejora continua.

Completa Supervisión;

Dar soporte a los equipos del Focus Factory asignado, con enfoque analítico en la solución de problemas, utilizando herramientas para encontrar la causa raíz. Manejo y distribución, de manera estratégica de los Técnicos de Mantenimiento a su cargo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Planta. Asegurarse que las ordenes correctivas sean cerradas con la información correcta (tiempo, trabajo ejecutado y refacciones usadas). Asegurar que el Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo sea ejecutado en tiempo, forma y que se realice la entrega física de las ordenes impresas a Soporte en SAP. Difundir entre su personal el status de los Indicadores del Departamento (MTBF,MTTR,MP´s). Aplicación supervisión de 5´S en el Taller de Mantenimiento

Completa Administración:

Cierre de Desviaciones, Hallazgos de CAR´s, LPA´s, Aplicación de 5´S, Recorridos GEMBA, atender juntas de Cluster, 8 D´s, etc. Aplicar evaluaciones prácticas a los técnicos asignados. Compra de refacciones para los equipos, de manera estratégica, con enfoque a reducción de costos.

Requisitos

Conocimiento técnico de procesos de manufactura, mecánica, neumática, electricidad y electrónica (Experto) Análisis de sistemas electroneumático automatizado con control digital, servomecanismos, sistemas de adquisición y análisis de datos, sistemas de impresión láser y robots (Avanzado) Conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo (Avanzado) Educación / Certificación Ingeniero en electrónica, automatización, mecatrónica o afín (Deseable) Mantenimiento, reparación y diagnóstico de fallas electroneumático con control digital, servomecanismos, sistemas de adquisición y análisis de datos, sistemas de impresión laser, sistemas de soldadura láser y robots (Deseable) Experiencia en Proyecto y/o Procesos Participación en proyectos de mejoramiento de procesos  Experiencia en liderazgo Experiencia en administración de personal
