Grow your career as an Internal Auditor within Inclusive Collection , one of our 14 industry-leading brands. ​​In this role you will be responsible for executing audit projects assigned and will maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards.

A successful Internal Auditor will:

Perform audit procedures according to the Hyatt Inclusive Collection audit program, including identifying issues, conducting interviews, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting audit workpapers and reports. 

Maintain fluid and professional communication with the audited areas and with the rest of the work team during the execution of projects assigned, as well as assist in communicating the results of audit via written reports / oral presentations to management.​  Assist the Senior Internal Auditor in the control of the required information, communicating timely delays, and potential effects to the project.  Develop and maintain productive relationships throughout the company through individual contacts and meetings.​  Carry out the follow-up and monitoring of the corrective actions proposed by the Company, according to the plans and calendars defined by its supervisors.​  Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values.

A successful Internal Auditor will have:

At least, one year of full-time in auditing, accounting or business analysis​​.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Preferred certification as CIA or CISA​. Experience with data analytics tools, including by not limited to Alteryx or Tableau. Experience of operations and related hotel systems, including but not limited to Oracle, Hyperion, Micros/Info Genesis, iScala, Opera or Innsist.

English skills (written and verbal) required.

Prior experience in a data analytics role or projects preferred. Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels.

Excellent communications and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation, with ability to heavily multi-task. ​Up to 15% travel but may change with business conditions and requirements.​
