Responsibilities

Payroll:

Report payroll incidences (incapacities, savings bank, birth - death leaves, etc.) to the payroll provider. Review Site approvals in Kronos. Request the Payroll Process Leader to authorize the payment of the payroll. Request and review the settlements and indemnities of the Sites under his/her charge. Validate that the new salaries, salary modifications and terminations are correctly applied in the payroll system. Management of additions, cancellations and modifications of savings and savings fund. Resolve the doubts and requirements of the collaborators of the Sites under his/her charge. Maintain in order the file of documents and mails related to authorizations and payroll documents. Keep an adequate control of vacation balances. Support the sites on the KRONOS system.

Social Security and Infonavit:

Prepare the presentation of the SUA voucher of the employer's records in charge on a monthly basis for the sites in charge. Validate that the IMSS registrations are applied correctly. Keep a proper control and file of disabilities, ST-7 and ST-2, in order to have the appropriate information to adequate information to solve revisions or audits. Deliver information and reports required for audits and reports.

Taxes:

Validate that in each payroll period the ISR and IMSS withholdings are applied correctly.
Qualifications

Schooling: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting or career to end. Knowledge: Applicable labor and tax laws, knowledge of HR systems and attendance control, management of payroll processes, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, FONACOT and SAT. Language required: Intermediate. Systems management: ERP's SAP, Kronos, Oracle, Intelexion, Humansoft, Fortia etc), Advanced Excel (Indispensable). Availability to travel: Yes (monthly)
