Finality Manage site supplies in compliance with quality, cost and deadline requirements Main Missions 1 - Manage supplies Guarantee logistical technical data (batch size, lead time, multiple supplies) and keep this data up-to-date.
Analyse requirements, check the accuracy of elements produced by the information system, generate supply requests to suppliers
Ensure the availability of components purchased and subcontracted required by the manufacturing plan, and anticipate component and material interruptions
Communicate with suppliers
Follow up with suppliers in the event of late deliveries and report these late deliveries to his/her line manager and colleagues
Record incidents and issue demerit points
Monitor supplier performance daily (service rating)
Update the Average Daily Consumption
Organise one-off transport for purchases after seeking approval from his/her line manager
Manage and optimise levels of stock within his/her scope (materials and POE)

Help to create instruction sheets Logistics department procedures detect and solve conventional problems that may occur within his/her scope
Manage stocks
Optimise component stock levels based on min/max and consumption: analyse stocks (obsolete, dormant) and propose an action plan
Notify his/her planning colleague of all elements that may have an impact: extension of deadline, possible interruption
Manage subcontracting
Record, validate and send supply requests to subcontractors and monitor supplier inventories

Transform his/her APU to adapt it to new requirements and develop either means,
organisation or personnel skills in line with HR policy

Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner Purpose
