· Design projects from early concept through development
· Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
· Building and Facility Layout and Planning.
· Cross discipline coordination of plan sets.
· Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates
· Ability to stamp and seal plans.
· Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
· Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors
· Working with the Project Manager and Project Team in preparing drawings and specification
Requirements:
Experience from 4 to 8 years preparing construction plans for industrial buildings and buildings
autocad
field experience
budget control and suppliers
Advanced English
base in queretaro
