Specializing Engineer on Robots in the BIW area: Application of Welding, Sealer, Material Handing and LaserCommunication with staff and team to have the best accurate information of: stoppages, robot maintenance, training needs for specialists and also for the engineer, etc.
Daily basics manage of all the resources in order to provide the best service to the lines robots
Daily handle of the main systems: TMS, eTime, PentaSAP etc in order to have updated all the robot team and resources.
Requirements
The main requirements for the candidates are:
-Level 5 in Skills to program, maintenance electrical & mechanical and problem solving of all/mostly robots brands in BIW as: -Nachi, -Comau, -Fanuc & -ABB with special application in Welding, Sealer Application, Material Handling, Vision System and laser Cut & Laser welding
- Level 5 Special mechanical & electrical procedures in major maintenance in robot and control robot
- Level 3 Skill to programing in Welding Control WTC – Servo Guns Exlar / Tolomatic, NORDSON sealer equipment, Perceptron Vision Pneumatic Valves
- Level 3 Skill using PLC Control Logix Allen Bradley, Network Communication D Net and Ethernet
-Manage assets according to the BIW & Plant procedures
- Desired knowledge of TMS system to manage all the robots maintenance activities , Environmental , Safety and Quality Stellantis System
-Manage the robots skill trades and supervisors in the 3 shifts to give maintenance to all the robots against to suppliers recommendation and/or standardized procedures available
-Monitoring and manage the Robots spare parts inventory in order to have at less 1 piece of each AA or A components
-Manage PentaSAP system in order to maintain the right inventory label of robots spare parts
-Knowledge of SPW and skills to improve the technology in order to avoid expenses to improve the TC
-Focused on the client and looking for improvements of our process
-Knowledge and skill to manage Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
-Ability to develop effective presentations power point and AutoCAD
-Work availability in 3 shifts and weekends: 24/7 all year
-Flexibility to travel inside and outside of Mexico
-Very good personal presentation
-English language required at less 85%
-Communication skills with all the people: -Team Members, -Team Leader, -Union, -Supervisors, -Manager, etc
