If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Human Resources Employee Services Advisor. You will ensure end-to-end HR Employee Services for all employees are performed according to regional policies, local legislation, SLA, and statutory requirements. Also, you’ll be responsible for providing professional support and guidance to employees and Human Resources teams throughout the employee life cycle. This role ensures local employee services to address customer needs and satisfy customer experience.

This role is located in Toluca with the expectation to be in the office 5 days per week. Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role. Plus, on the days you’re in the office, no matter which office you’ll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we’re all so proud to represent.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboarding process management: Lead and ensure the onboarding process, including admissions review and contacting new hires for medical checks and welcome kits.
  • Employee support and assistance: Provide front desk support for union employees, addressing payroll, vacation, cafeteria, and other related inquiries. Also support the employee departure process.
  • Administrative and payroll support: Assist in payroll processing, social security payments, general services management, and control Human Resources monthly invoices and purchase orders.
  • File and record management: Manage and maintain both physical and electronic personnel files/records from hiring to termination.
  • Relationship with external entities: Maintain contact with the union and attends to institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Required: Professional degree in Administration, HR or any other related field.
  • English proficiency desirable.
  • +2 or more years of related work experience.
  • PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and communications skills, as well as detail-oriented.
  • Results oriented.
