Estamos en la búsqueda de un Tech Lead Android comprometido y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo en un prestigioso cliente del sector bancario. Este puesto es clave para impulsar el desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras y de alta calidad.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o campo relacionado.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones Android.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de Java, Kotlin y Android SDK.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura de software y patrones de desarrollo.
  • Capacidad para liderar un equipo y asegurar las mejores prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia con integraciones API RESTful y manejo de bases de datos.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas en inglés y español.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma remota.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el desarrollo de aplicaciones Android, asegurando la calidad del código y la experiencia del usuario.
  • Colaborar con equipo de producto y diseño para implementar funcionalidades innovadoras.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y proporcionar guía técnica al equipo de desarrolladores.
  • Proponer y desarrollar mejoras continuas en el proceso de desarrollo.
  • Participar en la planificación y seguimiento de proyectos dentro del equipo.
