What You Will Do:

Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.

Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.

Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.

Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degreeIndustrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical)and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR 

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Proficient conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate both in person and in reports/via email.

Valid Visa is required. May be expected to travel. 

Medium-advanced Excel user 

Good communication & presentation skills 

Project management

Experience using continuous improvement tools including LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.

Experience leveraging influencing, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.

Qualifications We Preferred:

Experience in Lean Manufacturing.

AutoCADand SolidWorks

Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications.
