Plan, develop, implement, establish and constantly supervise the control mechanisms for the company's processes, aligned with the applicable rules and regulations for each of the processes:
ISO 1:5 (Quality Management Systems) ISO :5 (Environmental Management Systems) ISO :8 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) WoW (Way of working – WWS) Safety 1stResponsibilities
Plan and develop personnel management for the start-up and monitoring of processes. Plans, develops, implements and establishes control mechanisms for processes. Personnel review, according to company standards (health, presentation, risk reduction). Audits of the process throughout the shift. Performing countermeasures when detecting NG actions or generating non-compliant NG material or product. Follow-up of preventive actions and corrective actions on process deviations. Train staff through the 3 steps of teaching. 5's & EHS Tours Monitor the efficiency of operational processes Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs. Supervise and report on department performance to the immediate manager Supervise and train employees. You update the skill matrix of your staff in charge through ILUO. Carry out a training plan for your staff. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and regulations regarding its process. Manages and controls vehicle service process related to its process, according to customer requirements. He leads the monitoring of preventive actions and corrective actions on the integral management system. Monitors quality, safety, time and environment conditions of materials, processes and customer services. Promotes continuous improvement for the SGI (Quality, Safety and Environment) with its staff Leads the fulfillment of the assigned objectives of the SGI (Quality, Safety and Environment)
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree / Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience:
Knowledge: Quality control, Conducting internal audits, Kaizen (application of continuous improvement processes), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in different areas, compliance with operational policies and progress of planned activities, development of standard SOP operation and workstation, continuous improvement. Application of maintenance and correction plans, Way of working (WoW), Computer equipment management, Office Package.
Required Language: Intermediate English (Able to establish a conversation).
