Product Assy NPI Automotive portfolio leader
NPI process experience bachelor’s degree in engineering field Electronic /Industrial /Computer /Mechanic /Chemical, Fluent English conversation level > 85%
3-5 years minimum experience on electronic manufacturing processes, semiconductor manufacturing is preferred like: SMT, WLCSP-TNR, DA, WB, BGA, MGA.
Proficient MS-Office skilled.
Planning and Project Management skills required
Experience with NPI/BU/NTI suppliers/R&D materials and manufacturing supplies required
Experience in Statistical Analysis (JMP, Minitab Statistical Analysis) & Design of Experiments.
Technical Diagrams detail oriented preferred (APD tools)
Experience with Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma or similar methodology.
The candidate going to manage the automotive portfolio adding control/BKP/support to main documents WI/FMEA/Control plan/etc. During transition from prototypes to NPI. Main role/activities indicated below.
