• 8+ años de experiencia en posiciones de arquitectura de soluciones de Tecnologías de Información, • 6+ años de experiencia en posiciones de preventa de soluciones de Networking y servicios (SDWAN, WIFI 6, Observability). • Contar con un sólido conocimiento sobre tecnologías y arquitecturas de tecnología de información • Experiencias en revisión y respuestas a licitaciones, RFI, RFQ, RFP de gobierno. • Conocimiento sólido base en tecnologías y servicios de seguridad como SOC • Conocimiento en procesos de ingeniería, planeación en el despliegue y adopción de tecnologia • Experiencia previa práctica en la evaluación de plataformas de vendors • Experiencia previa en el diseño, integración o revisión de propuestas tecnológicas con un alcance específico de servicios y integración de diferentes proveedores • Experiencia en actividades preventa o delivery de servicios y despliegue de nuevas capacidades, consolidación y reducción de operaciones complejas de IT • Capacidades probadas en la gestión de interacciones tecnológicas con proveedores de tecnología • Desarrollo de una visión holística integrando las diferentes áreas de actuación en la elaboración de propuestas tecnológicas • Habilidad para gestionar discusiones tecnológicas con proveedores de tecnología, alrededor de arquitecturas de productos y diseño de propuestas • Inglés fluido para capacitación / entrenamiento e interacciones recurrentes • Capacidad para la elaboración de diseños de soluciones conceptuales para la elaboración de propuestas técnica.Certificaciones requeridas: CCNA y CCNP enterprise.
Qualificações
Las responsabilidades son:
• Trabajo conjunto con el equipo de tecnología para diseñar servicios sobre la estrategia de portafolio de Logicalis. • Comprensión y validación de requerimientos con clientes (reuniones, RFPs, RFIs, Avisos, etc.). • Actuar como interfaz y punto focal de contacto para tareas preventa que incluyen la participación presencial en reuniones técnicas con el cliente y nuestros socios tecnológicos, brindando respuesta a preguntas técnicas referentes a la actuación de Logicalis en el desarrollo de proyectos y oportunidades. • Desarrollo del conocimiento de proyectos previos (y en curso), para tener conocimiento y sensibilidad sobre potenciales impactos o adecuaciones necesarias ante la adopción de nuevas soluciones y tecnologías • Confección de respuestas a solicitudes de información y propuestas (RFI / RFP); incluyendo la construcción de bases tecnológicas previo a la liberación de concursos técnicos por parte del cliente. • Generación de listas de materiales (BoM – Bill of Materials) y gestión de cotizaciones con proveedores externos. • Elaboración de propuestas no solicitadas de tecnologías base de Networking. • Manejo de relación con fabricantes desde la perspectiva tecnológica; actuar como Punto Focal de Contacto con interlocutores recurrentes en la estructura de los socios tecnológicos. • Confección del contenido técnico que acompañe las propuestas hacia los clientes finales.Comprensión y actualización del conocimiento de la oferta tecnológica y de servicios administrados de Networking; engagement y hand-off hacia las áreas de Operaciones & Delivery de servicios.
