OVERVIEW
The Talent Crowdsourcing Leader will be responsible for leading a group of Talent Acquisition professionals focused on sourcing and talent attraction, and build a nurture a vibrant Global Talent Community by using innovative crowd-sourcing or high volume souring strategies. The Talent Crowdsourcing Leader will provide training, coaching and mentoring to Talent Acquisition professionals.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging crowd-sourcing platforms, and engaging with diverse community channels, portals, and social media platforms to attract freelance talent across the globe. An important focus of the Crowdsourcing Leader will be to work and track operational issues to manage innovative searches. Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Development and execution of strategic plans for building and maintaining a robust talent community using crowd-sourcing methodologies.
- High Volume Sourcing: Conduct market research and develop a region-specific sourcing strategy at a global level.
- Talent Community Engagement: Identify and engage with key external platforms and communities to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and create crowd-sourcing campaigns to address specific hiring targets.
- Marketing and Employer Branding: Continuously working and participating on internal Marketing initiatives to ensure Company Awareness externally, and improve the ATSs results via adjusting job postings, social media and other portals, advertisement content, etc.
- Team Micro-management: Lead a global team dedicated to Talent sourcing campaigns by providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
- KPIs and OKRs Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of crowd-sourcing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, including the set of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), but limited to the follow-up.
- Reporting and tracking: Tracking the success of crowd-sourcing recruitment efforts and providing regular reports on the effectiveness of the sourcing activities, to tackle new sourcing strategies if needed and marketing initiatives.
- AI knowledge: Stay updated on AI and Localization industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in crowd-sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Continuous Improvement: Working alongside other Talent units to efficiency align processes and optimize system workflows.
- Continuously evaluating and improving the crowd-sourcing recruitment process based on feedback and results to optimize candidate quality and the efficiency of the approach.
- Around 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with focus on high volume sourcing or crowd-sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrable experience in leading or micro-managing a team, including KPIs monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Employer Branding or Marketing strategies applied to Talent Acquisition or in Crowdsourcing.
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing platforms, social media, and online communities.
- Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of crowd-sourcing campaigns.
- Leadership qualities and experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation in talent community engagement.
- Be a strong communicator, with ability to provide specific guidelines to other team members to with guidelines to follow.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
- Used to work with an Agile Methodology and OKRs.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
