BASIC FUNCTION
The KEC Manager is responsible for the KEC management, achieve thesales goals and operate all the store.

Scope – Hard Skills
Act as Kohler Co. executive for KEC regarding theexecution of the yearly Account Plan toreach to the business goals P&L knowledge- At least 1 year experience.
Understand business costs through the life cycle ofproducts Act as owner to increasebusiness with events, maintaining storewith all product in a right way

Skills/Requirements

Education
Bachelor Degree
MBA preferred
+6 years prior experience in luxurysegment
Previoussupervisory experience required.
