Mercer is seeking a motivated and talented Campaign Execution Manager with an advanced level of expertise in marketing automation software such as Microsoft Dynamics , Marketo, Pardot, etc.This posiiton will be based in our office.

We will count on you to:

Have an advanced working knowledge of marketing automation software such as Microsoft Dynamics , Marketo, Pardot, etc to support the successful execution of email marketing campaigns, journey mapping/nurture streams, A/B testing, UTM tracking, reporting & analytics, webinar setup, paid media support and more. Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization and other lead/customer management practices. Monitor campaign execution effectiveness, suggest improvements, deliver regular updates and reports and share best practices across teams and geographies. Understand, customize and optimize the campaign execution process. Review project intake for completeness, understand and modify timelines of deliverables as it applies to other work in the pipeline, and participate in scrum calls. Provide complete, accurate and timely campaign execution that meets the marketing and business objectives. Assign work to campaign execution specialists as appropriate and conduct peer review of work. Set up webinars (registration pages, consoles, etc.) using webinar platforms such as ON24 and manage, track and analyze webinar attendance data.

What you need to have:   

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Information Systems, Business Management or related field. 5+ years related experience. Excellent English speaking and writing skills​ Project management and implementation skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Problem resolution and decision-making skills. Extraordinary relationship skills in order to create and mantain collaborative and sinergic relationships. Strong analytical skills. Intermediate level of understanding and evaluating statistics for ROI analysis. Marketing automation software experience is required, such as (preferrable), Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot etc. Experience / familiarity with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront or Wrike and event/webcast platforms such ON24, GlobalMeet, Cvent etc. Experience or high learning capability in other technical programs such as Adobe Analytics, Qlik, Power BI, HTML for email, Dreamweaver/Expression or similar software.
