Description:

As a Data Analyst specializing in automation, you will play a critical role in enhancing our data analysis processes and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for automating data collection, cleaning, transformation, and reporting tasks. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated solutions that support business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:  

-   Data Collection and Integration:   Design and implement automated processes for collecting data from various sources, including APIs, databases, and web scraping.

-   Data Cleaning and Transformation:   Develop and maintain automated scripts to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and consistency.

-   Reporting Automation:   Create and manage automated reporting systems to generate and distribute reports on a scheduled basis. Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom scripts.

-   Workflow Automation:   Develop and optimize automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and integrate various data systems and tools.

-   Data Analysis:   Conduct complex data analysis using automated methods, including statistical modeling, trend analysis, and visualization. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.

-   Scripting and Programming:   Write and maintain scripts in languages such as Python, R, or SQL to automate data-related tasks and processes.

-   ETL Processes:   Utilize ETL tools to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability.

-   Collaboration:   Work closely with data engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to identify automation needs and deliver effective solutions.



Qualifications:  

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a focus on automation.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

- Proven experience in automating data collection, cleaning, transformation, and reporting tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
