Description

Responsible for receiving and collecting all information necessary information, to be able to project production strategies, in times required by the client, according to the installed capacity and quality. identifier Priorities and carry out agreements with clients for compliance with delivery times delivery. Activities: 

Download the open orders file (POs and DOs) from Qlikview.  Release new orders in Profound (Vicpress/Coples)  Make the report of open orders  Send to Production the open order report and expedited list Process new orders in M3 (pegging) Print the KBs and pass them to Production Review the proposals for the purchase of raw materials in the system. Generate POs for the required raw material, and send them to the supplier Tracking of expedited orders until shipment Respond in a timely manner to Customer Care emails regarding expediting and maintenance of orders in system Send the lates report Process Zoho requests (Vicpress/Coples) Review the DNA report and give the corresponding dates   Provide the information required for the Load Charts report Prepare and send the Load Charts report (Vicpress/Coples) Delete open MOs that are not required Eliminate Negatives in manufactured component system 3. Monthly Provide the Head of Traffic and Customs with information on what was sent during the month, for the report of INEGI Run a KB Calculation of the corresponding items (Vicpress/Coples) Maintenance of planning parameters of manufactured components Maintenance of planning parameters of purchased components Maintenance of open POs in the system
