Modalidad y Elegibilidad

Estudiante activo de séptimo semestre en adelante de las carreras de Administración, Psicología, Diseño Gráfico, Relaciones Internacionales, Contaduría, Finanzas, Marketing. Tiempo de residencia: 1 año  Horario: Tiempo completo 8:00 am a 5:00 pm  Modalidad híbrida: 1 días en planta, 4 en casa.

¿Qué harás como Practicante de Talent Acquisition?

Como practicante de Talent Acquisition, nos ayudarás a enfrentar, con éxito, varios procesos de automatización, digitalización y mejora continua del departamento de Talent Acquisition en las Américas.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

- Asegurarte de que las entrevistas entre candidatos y gerentes contratantes se lleven a cabo en tiempo y forma. - Una vez que nuestros candidatos estén programados para su ingreso, asegurarse de que la comunicación entre Talent Acquisition y Recursos Humanos. sea transferida adecuadamente. - Resolver cualquier duda que nuestros candidatos puedan llegar a tener, para su día uno en la organización. - Cuidar y darle seguimiento al proceso de Background check en los países de las Américas que así lo requieran. - Colaborar con el departamento de Comunicación Interna para la correcta difusión de nuestras vacantes Interna y Externamente. - Comenzar con el proceso de ser un embajador de la marca empleadora. Para ello, te involucrarás con Marketing Recruitment con la intención de mejorar nuestra presencia digital. - Sourcing de candidatos (En temporada alta)

¿Qué necesitarás para tener éxito?

Inglés conversacional Avanzado. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Tendrás la oportunidad de involucrarte con todos los niveles de la organización, en todo el continente americano. Habilidades de Análisis de Datos (es un plus)
