Human Resource Manager

 

Position Summary:

 

Lionbridge is actively searching for an experienced, people-centric Human Resource Manager. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing functions, processes, and procedures relating to hiring, compensation, benefits, state, and federal employment law, and more within the organization. You will provide strategic guidance and support in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Partner with teams to support recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the orientation of new hires as needed.
  • Manage employee relations and address any employee concerns or conflicts, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manages and overviews the payroll processes with vendors.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
