Summary

Responsible for supporting Treasury's cash management activities for the Beer Division of Constellation Brands. The primary responsibilities include preparing all Know Your Customer bank documentation, Bank Portal administration, assist in managing the cash operation and daily liquidity of multiple entities within the Beer Division, along with the cash clearing entries for these entities within SAP.

Responsibilities

1. Interact with banks and prepare all Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation needed, including updating bank documents, changing signers on accounts, opening and closing of bank accounts.

2. Analyze daily cash balances and compare to cash entries in SAP so that all transactions are cleared to the right trial balance account. Update daily cash forecast and define cash requirements to fund the daily operation while minimizing excess cash. Interact with Tax, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAPEX, Financial Planning teams regularly in order to get input for cash decisions that will be sent to Corporate Treasury. Identify excess cash and define strategy with Senior Manager of Cash Management and Treasury Lead.

3. PECA/PECE administrator.

4. Support automation projects such as host-to-host connection and automatic clearings. Support the automation of bank statements receipt through MT940 messages, map entries to the correct GL account and the automation of postings.

5. Verify master data of banks created in SAP. Host-to-host payments depend on having correct beneficiary banks information which are created before being assigned to a vendor. The Treasury Analyst will verify that the right bank routing codes are assigned to a bank created by Master Data team and will identify intermediary/correspondent banks if needed.

6. Assist the Documentation Lead in updating the process and procedures documentation to ensure business continuity.

7. Support the Treasury Department with ad hoc projects that will drive improvements in the cash management area (i.e. Power BI, VBA excel automations).
