Section blueprints development of specific interior automotive areas with usage of 3D files, hand tools and vectorial software.

Manufacturing data recollection for bill of materials constitution.

• Work instructions & procedures knowledge & follow-up as baseline for all activities to perform.
• Follow up Internal policies & standardization according to specific procedures.
• Look for highlights in design and manufacture all along IMS process.
• Collect all points of interest involved in vehicle performance during pre-studies.
• Clean photographs of each study area, parts, and gaps inside the vehicle.
• Quarry manufacture and structure information of specific interior parts.
• Recognize specific elements that constitute a part.
• Recognize specific elements that constitute a part.
• Manage vectorial drawing with CorelDRAW software.
• Measurement and representation of each detail scale 1:1
• Translate all information into graphic formats: JPEG, DXF, IGES, PDF.

Requirements

Professional Background

• Degree: Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics
• Knowledge in materials, production, and assembly lines.
• Basic knowledge in manufacturing processes and blueprints development.

Skills & Abilities

• Vectorial Design (preferred: CorelDRAW)
• Language: Advanced English
• Experience with workshop tools
