We are reinforcing our team in the area of New Programs for Div C in North America to be located at our plant at El Salto Jalisco

Responsabilities

Oversee and manage Customer Program using ZF standard Program Management methods including APQP/GDPEP. Ensure successful launch of Programs with various complexities, leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and guaranteeing their effectiveness Acting as a link between customer, supplier, partners and department Accountable reaching of Cost, Quality, Timing, Spec-Targets in shared responsibility with functional leads Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes, Manage difficult and challenging situations with customer and inter-company departments. Manage communication and stakeholder as well as reporting & escalating to decision makers

 
Requirements

Degree in engineering or business related with several years of professional experience in project management, project management certification will be an advantage years of experience as a Program Manager. Ability to lead and motivate others PM Leadership experience in commercial vehicle or automotive industry Knowledge of project-planning tools Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership Knowledge and understanding of business needs Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence; also to develop and execute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change management
