Location: North America - Mexico - Juarez

Responsibilities:

Ensures the smooth and safe operation of machinery in operation (process monitoring) Being responsible for repairs which occurred during the operations of machinery Adjusts machinery to ensure high quality and production efficiency, minimizes machine downtime, Responsible for the completeness, timeplan and execution of the maintenance plan for machinery and equipment (including preventive maintenance) Coordination with support functions / departments for a flawless execution of the maintenance plan Ensures the necessary amount of spare parts, Is responsible for compliance of machines with regulations and operating standards Is responsible for observing safety at work and order in production, related to machinery Responsible for training of new employees on machines Performs preventive measurements of actual machines OEE (machine availability) and comparison with goals Keep the preventive maintenance plan of each machine updated. Add findings after new breakdowns. Verifying the actual state of the equipment and to verify the achievement of the best conversion/set-up time Responsibility for following and adhering to the existing quality management system and environmental management system in the extension of the managed processes and tasks. Proceeds other tasks according to superior´s order, related to the job description, exceptionally out of this description

Qualifications:

Fluent English in speaking and writing, should have Spanish / Mexican mother language
