Job Description

Responsable de la gestión, liderazgo y coordinación de las actividades de ingeniería de manufactura para planificar e implementar conceptos de línea e instalar capacidad técnica para cumplir con los objetivos de calidad, costo y entrega.

Administrar, liderar, planear e implementar conceptos de línea y nuevos proyectos. Coordinar actividades técnicas para mejora de producto. Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos, definir presupuesto e implementar iniciativas organizacionales. Definir y coordinar las necesidades de desarrollo de los asociados. Coordinar lanzamientos de nuevos productos / líneas y planificar la capacidad técnica. Dar seguimiento a las liberaciones, promover mejora continua y proyectos RP Coordinar el arranque de nuevos proyectos y líneas involucrando a las partes interesadas tanto internas y externas Gestionar el Life Cycle Management incluyendo la planeación de Ramp Up y coordinación con IPN.  Cumplir con los objetivos desde el nivel de la planta hasta el nivel de flujo de cadena de valor en conjunto con el Value Stream Manager, con base en el sistema CIP. Coordinar lanzamientos de nuevos productos / líneas en colaboración con todas las áreas multifuncionales, IPN, BU, etc. (SC, QGs). Desplegar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de las nuevas líneas / productos utilizando Project Management / APQP / Quality Gates, incluyendo la revisión periódica del proyecto para evaluaciones, proceso de revisión MAE y pautas de planificación del Sistema de Producción Bosch.  Planificar la capacidad técnica y la flexibilidad de línea con base en el último pronóstico oficial de volúmenes (TPZ).

Qualifications

Nivel Mínimo de Estudios: Licenciatura, Ingeniería Procesos de Manufactura Administración de Proyectos Conocimiento en Auditorías Solución de Problemas Metodología APQP y PPAP Conocimiento ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 / IATF 16949 Conocimiento de productos automotrices MS Project
