Senior React Fullstack Engineer

Job Description

Are you passionate about the chance to use your creative problem-solving skills to enhance Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide products? The Customer Success Platform team is looking to add a robust Senior Software Engineer to a well-established global team. This position requires an experienced Software Development professional to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and drive software solutions. You will be collaborating with internal and external teams to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will also guide junior software engineers, by reviewing the code and encouraging them to enhance their technical skillset

About the role:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high quality code to meet project milestones on schedule Work closely with other developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure effective collaboration Provide input into architecture and design decisions Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies Perform thorough unit testing of all assigned components Troubleshoot defects and participate in root cause analysis Ensure adherence to best practices including code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Software Engineer if your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience 4+ years of Fullstack experience using Front End technologies (React/Angular), Back End technologies (Java/NET), cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), or other core languages and cloud technologies across the technology industry. Experience using Agile Methodologies - primarily Scrum, and GIT. Expert design skills including significant knowledge of core libraries and common design patterns Ability to write clean, readable code that is easy to understand Ability to mentor junior developers and translate requirements from business partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills - to communicate effectively with Technical staff, Business Analysts, Management, and business team members) Willing to come to our office in Mexico City twice a week.
 

Desired Experience:

Strong Front-end React/Redux  knowledge and experience Server-side programming technologies experience Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience Experience leading design discussions in addition to hands-on development Experience mentoring junior developers and translating requirements from business partners
