Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you as Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible to work in the implementation as well as to keep production processes through process documentation with flow diagrams, PFMEA, process charts, making sure about the good performance of equipment and tooling, monitoring of the equipment uptime to identify the top five down time issues to improve equipment performance in a monthly frequency.
About the job:
Coordination and teamwork in design and tools improvement.
Implement problem solving methodology to find root cause problems and fix process problems.
Development/design equipment for new programs, through following a program and / or timeline.
Quoting and assessment tool and/ or equipment.
Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.
Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
University engineering degree.
Good organizational abilities and teamwork.
3-5-years’ experience in manufacturing processes.
English 80%.
3D drawing software, experience required.
Assembly process experience.
New product and process development experience.
Quality System knowledge
Interpretation of electrical diagrams
Experience in the automotive industry
Good verbal and written communication skills
