Play your part in our team success

This position exists in order to enable that LOM Procurement organization has automated processes, tools and reporting to ensure compliance to processes, KPIs and strategies. Is there to analyze challenges and data, create reports, and provide potential solutions to your stakeholders. This position collaborates closely with every Procurement Categories responsible buyers partnering with them in relation to process improvements and analytical insight.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automatization of tools, processes or visual management of the team.

  • Assess business process and system inefficiencies; seek for continuous Improvement activities oriented to increase productivity and higher level of quality of data management.

  • Extract and analyze data to execute local reports and support Global Reports execution for all the Procurement department.

  • Provide training to procurement staff and suppliers in various processes and tools

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of tools and best practices.

  • Comply with the Procurement Processes related to the Supply Chain Security Programs (CTPAT-OEA) and FSC through internal applicable processes and guidelines to comply with these programs.

EHS Related:  

  • Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness. 

  • Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.

  • Provide support, participate proactively, and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.

  • Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area. 

Do you have what it takes?

Education: Active student from 7th semester and above inscribed in Engineering in Digital Environment and Data Science, Robotics, Programing or IT or similar bachelor's degree (Availability to remain in the role for 12 months)

Hard Skills:

  • MS Office and Power apps (like Power BI, Power automate, etc.) intermediate / high knowledge level

  • Intermediate / high knowledge level in programming and database apps (like Python or SQL)

  • Excellent analytical, communication, visualization and IT skills

Soft Skills:

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strategic & Result Orientation

  • Passionate about data and data interpretation

  • Leadership: takes ownership of projects and shared tasks within the team, delivering and demonstrate results through team performance

  • Innovation: Approaches with new insights and ideas to improve own results, seeks for inputs for developing new ways to implement improvement ideas.
