- Lead the development and implementation of Rocket Code's innovation strategy, in alignment with the company's overall business goals
- Identify emerging market trends and technologies to uncover new business opportunities
- Evaluate potential opportunities, conducting market analysis and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans for new ventures and partnerships
- Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry experts
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of market trends and emerging technologies
