Job Description
Partner Account Manager - Enterprise Informatics
Responsible for scaling our business by managing channel partners within Mexico. The partner account manager will build rapport with channel partners and seek a deep understanding of their capabilities to seamlessly aligning them to Philips’ Enterprise Informatics portfolio (Electronic Medical Records, Radiology, Clinical, Cardiovascular, CI&I informatics) value proposition to create value for our customers while driving results for Philips.
Your role:
Act as a trusted advisor to our partners and set them up for success by unlocking their potential in order to achieve targets.
Onboard new channel partners on the respective value proposition within Mexico.
Educate partners by implementing/executing comprehensive training on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to boost their sales potencial.
Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to identify further partnership opportunities.
Monitor channel partner performance through sales KPIs, and proactively performance manage the channel partners
Effectively conduct contract negotiations to guarantee mutually beneficial terms.
Generate regular reporting on channel partner activities, sales performance, and market feedback for the leadership team and maintain Salesforce.com hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting.

You're the right fit if:
You have acquired a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience working with indirect channels within the Technology and/or Medical Equipment Industries , selling software.
You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or related areas.
Your skills include patient safety and quality mindset , proven CRM management ability (Salesforce), servant leadership and management skills , Impeccable stakeholder management within a multinational environment, good understanding of commercial and go-to-market strategies.
You are based in CDMX and have availability to travel to other cities and/or states 50% of the time.
