Estamos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager altamente calificado para liderar proyectos de desarrollo de software y puntos de venta en nuestra empresa. Como Project Manager, serás responsable de planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos, asegurando su entrega exitosa dentro del alcance, el presupuesto y el cronograma establecidos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y gestionar proyectos de desarrollo de software y puntos de venta desde su concepción hasta la implementación, utilizando la metodología PMI y cumpliendo con los estándares PMP.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar la ejecución eficiente de los proyectos.
  • Establecer y mantener comunicación constante con todas las partes interesadas para asegurar la alineación de objetivos y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, incluyendo cronogramas, presupuestos y recursos necesarios.
  • Identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales, así como resolver problemas que puedan surgir durante el desarrollo del proyecto.
  • Supervisar el progreso del proyecto y realizar informes periódicos sobre el estado, los riesgos y las métricas clave de desempeño.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y las especificaciones del proyecto.


Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de proyectos utilizando la metodología PMI y poseer la certificación PMP.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de desarrollo de software y puntos de venta.
  • Competencia en inglés conversacional para comunicación efectiva con equipos internacionales.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en modalidad presencial 100% y adaptarse a las necesidades del equipo y del proyecto.
