Technical Skills Primary:
System Architecture Proficiency in designing and planning large scale system architectures including hardware software and network components Cloud Technologies Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform GCP Network Infrastructure Understanding of network protocols routing switching load balancing and security Security Knowledge of security best practices encryption firewalls and vulnerability assessment Virtualization Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware Hyper V etc Storage Solutions Understanding of storage technologies SAN NAS object storage Operating Systems Proficiency in Windows Linux or Unix operating systems Scripting and Automation Ability to write scripts e g PowerShell Python for automation and orchestration Monitoring and Performance Tuning Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques Excellent analysis and problem solving skills Comprehensive knowledge of industry standard Architecture framework s Deep Architecture technology domain expertise Strong interpersonal skills Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders Full understanding of SDLC and different development methodologies Knowledge and practical experience of working with the latest infrastructure technologies Insurance industry expertise including insurance technologies and vendors Experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft Products M365 and Azure Expertise in cloud services Software as a Service SaaS Platform as a Service PaaS Infrastructure as a Service IaaS Data as a Service DaaS microservices and API's Good understanding of architectural concepts methodologies and mapping approaches Track record of applying architecture principles that affect changes to a business environment Excellent communication skills both oral and written enabling the presentation of complex technical solutions Experience in working with and defining delivery methodologies Positive and constructive attitude in all work related matters Hand on technical capability Stakeholder Management and influencing skills Experience of working in multi disciplinary teams with designers and developersTechnical Skills Secondary – Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Containerization Knowledge of container technologies Docker Kubernetes for efficient deployment Database Administration Understanding of database management systems e g SQL Server MySQL Oracle DevOps Practices Familiarity with DevOps principles continuous integration continuous deployment CI CD and infrastructure as code IaC Project Management Ability to manage technical projects including planning execution and resource allocation Collaboration and Communication Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders vendors and cross functional teams Documentation Proficiency in documenting system designs configurations and processes Business Acumen Understanding of business needs and alignment of IT solutions with organizational goalsSoft Skills
