Responsabilidades: • Recibir y coordinar la respuesta a la solicitud de cotizaciones • Recopilar información sobre nuevas consultas y coordinar las respuestas con el Gerente de Programa y/o Gerente de Producto. • Apoyar varios tipos de demandas de los clientes con respecto al estado de entrega, cotizaciones, necesidades contractuales y del programa • Asegurar que los acuerdos contractuales se están implementando • Revisar la precisión de los pedidos y los procesos productivos • Brindar soporte directo al Gerente de Programa y al Gerente de Producto, incluida la creación y el análisis de informes de ventas. • Iniciar y realizar funciones transaccionales en el sistema ERP/MRP •Promover un alto nivel de servicio al cliente para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente Cualificaciones Requisitos de habilidades, educación y experiencia: • Indispensable bilingüe español– inglés (Nivel alto), tanto verbal como escrito, alto nivel en comunicación. • Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con varios tipos de personalidades • Debe ser organizado, motivado, preciso y poseer la capacidad de trabajar rápidamente • Habilidades de gestión del tiempo •Debe tener atención a los detalles • Conocimientos de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook) • Conocimiento de sistemas ERP, un bien que se debe tener, pero no es imprescindible
