Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installation Manager to coordinate and oversee installation operations. This role involves managing customer interactions, installation crew communications, warranties, and maintaining inventory and financial records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and work autonomously to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all warranty-related tasks, including issue resolution and registration.
  • Track payments for installations and follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate daily activities with installers, including inventory updates and order submissions.
  • Oversee order building and submissions, particularly for ProVia orders across multiple locations.
  • Track and document updates on owned spreadsheets rigorously each day.
  • Address customer service inquiries effectively.
  • Process payments with various vendors and manage referral tracking with the Director of Operations.
  • Handle warehouse notifications and installer invoices, reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Develop and update SOPs to streamline processes.


Qualifications:

  • Skills & Experience: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the home improvement industry, particularly windows and doors, is a significant plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional planning and time management skills, capable of navigating various software platforms and handling high-volume tasks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the windows and doors or broader home improvement industry is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Strong, adaptable, and coachable with a customer-focused mindset.
