Job Description:

As SAP SuccessFactors & LMS, you will :


• Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
• Support project execution and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
• Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to team members.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
• Help identify and resolve project challenges.

Who are you:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering. SAP SuccessFactors & LMS experienced. Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team. Technical knowledge in package applications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Implementation and projects experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

Remote Living in Mexico.
