Full Stack Developer

Contract Duration: Long Term - multi-year project (3-5 years)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidate can work from anywhere in Mexico City)
Work Days: Mon to Fri (8 hours/day)
Work Hours: US timezone
Utilization: 40hrs/week

Required Skills: Mid level developer : full stack but more focused on front end 60% FE 40% BE, .NET, C#, Angular (Azure Cloud Experience is a must). English must be conversational at least App services and Kubernetes and CI/CD Description:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend components and services using C# and the .NET framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
3. Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using SQL Server or other relational databases.
4. Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database query tuning.
5. Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and testing environments, providing timely resolutions.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in backend development, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
8. Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise.

Requirements:

9. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
10. 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using C# and the .NET framework.
11. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
12. Proficiency in developing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
13. Experience with web services and APIs development, including RESTful services.
14. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
15. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
16. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
17. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
18. Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) is advantageous but not required
