Media.Monks is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our HRIS team as a Workday HRIS Super User. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various facets of the Workday platform.

What’s a Workday Super User? 

It is responsible for processing complex transactions in Workday and providing subject matter expertise to HRBPs around interpreting business processes enabled in Workday. Even though regionally focused, the Workday Super User are part of global team of similarly skilled individuals across the four regions – Latin America, North America, Asia-Pacific, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with the Global HRIS team and local HR and People teams to ensure effective utilization of Workday. Perform complex and time-sensitive transactions in Workday with regional impact, ensuring adherence to agreed turn-around times. Examples of transactions include creating and editing job positions, updating employee data, and managing business processes and/or changes. Provide expert advice and support to local HR teams on business processes in Workday, resolving queries, and escalating issues to the HRIS team when necessary. Assist local HR and People teams with planned audits and creating ad-hoc Workday reports. Facilitate and/or conduct testing of Workday releases to ensure a smooth transition. Conduct security access audits in Workday to ensure compliance and data security. Assign security roles within Workday. Run Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) processes to transfer data in and out of the system. Test new functionalities and system enhancements. Edit business processes, such as correcting or rescinding processes for HR, with careful consideration of their impact. Train new HR team members on the effective utilization of Workday.

Capabilities :

Navigate and understand detailed HR process/workflows within a HRMS – specifically Workday Problem solving mindset: Routinely monitor data integrity reports and resolve issues by addressing root cause Collaboration: Collaborate with internal customers, HR and IT service delivery teams (internally and externally). Experience working in a matrix organization Communication: Verbal and written communication is vital to successful guidance to delivery teams and follow up with customers at varying levels of the organization Planning & Organizing: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work

Advanced English skills are required for this role.
