Función principal:
• Atención de la consultoría de tipo legal generada por el Negocio de Fiduciario aplicado a Fiduciario relacionado con: sustituciones y extinciones de fideicomisos, revisión y/o elaboración de contratos y convenios modificatorios de fideicomisos, actos jurídicos relacionados con fideicomisos, análisis legal de cláusulas contractuales de fideicomisos que puedan impactar a las consultas que revisa el área.
• Trámite, revisión y aprobación de proyectos correspondientes a poderes que Fiduciario otorga o revoca.
• Revisión de proyectos relacionados con los temas mencionados, ya sea en documentos privados o escritura pública.
• Análisis de leyes y regulación secundaria relacionadas con el Sistema Financiero Mexicano, así como modificaciones que puedan tener implicaciones en el negocio fiduciario.
• Revisión de procesos y proyectos especiales dentro del área de Legal Fiduciario.
• Colaboración en proyectos conjuntos con Fiduciario para controlar o minimizar el Riesgo Legal del negocio fiduciario.
• Implementar soluciones y estrategias legales que sean eficientes a los problemas / retos del negocio fiduciario.
Responsabilidades principales:
• Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos, manuales, procedimientos y flujogramas del área.
• Preparación y ejecución de entrenamientos y capacitaciones al negocio Fiduciario.
• Administración de información del área en bases de datos.
• Administración y control del Riesgo Legal del negocio fiduciario acorde al marco de riesgos del banco
• Conocimientos en Derecho Civil, Mercantil, Corporativo, Bancario y en regulación de Instituciones Financieras.
• Posgrado en Derecho, deseable.
• Experiencia de trabajo en áreas fiduciarias, como abogado transaccional o asesorando a fiduciarios, deseable.
• Excelente ortografía y habilidad de redacción.
• Nivel de Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado.
• Trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones y resolución de conflictos.
• Habilidades de negociación.
• Visión estratégica y de liderazgo.
